  • cut the lining or beadboard to the wall height. Carefully remove the existing skirting board and set aside.

  • rest of the first piece of coating or beadboard in a corner of the bathroom, keeping flush with the side wall and floor. Fixed to the wall with the nail gun at the top and bottom. Continue around the room.

  • wainscoting overlap to fit corners, or miter cut angles 45 degrees.

  • Attach the molding chair rail on top of the coating or beadboard using the nail gun. Place the socket on the bottom.

  • paint or stain coating or beadboard to match the decor of your bathroom.
